1. Services Overview
Adplix provides AI-powered receptionist services, marketing automation, SMS notifications, and client dashboards (referred to collectively as “Services”). Our Services may include:
AI receptionist to assist with lead capture and appointment scheduling
Adplix dashboards to manage and monitor AI interactions and reports
SMS updates regarding service notifications, promotions, or reminders
2. SMS Program Terms
Program Name and Description
Program Name: Adplix SMS Updates
Description: By opting into Adplix SMS Updates, you will receive messages regarding AI receptionist services, appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from Adplix SMS Updates.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin after opting out, sign up again using the original method you used to subscribe, and SMS updates will resume.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.
Mobile Data & Text Consent
No mobile information will be shared for marketing or promotional purposes outside internal support services.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will only be used by aggregators or providers of the text messaging services.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions
Access to Adplix dashboards requires registration and login credentials.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly (or as agreed) for access to AI services.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Adplix services, you agree to:
Not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not interfere with the operation or security of the Services
Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
5. Intellectual Property
All content, AI tools, dashboards, designs, and software provided by Adplix are the property of Adplix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Adplix will use reasonable efforts to provide secure and reliable services, but:
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
7. Legal Compliance
Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using Adplix services.
SMS messages comply with industry standards and TCPA requirements.
Adplix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or legal requirements.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Data is protected using industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption.
Subcontractors may process data for support services only; data will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Children under 13 are not permitted to use our services.
9. Modifications to Terms
Adplix may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
